Aldea Zamá is an ecological and luxury residential community in Tulum. The complex is located between the town and the hotel zone, close to the best beaches, restaurants, and beach clubs. It is an exclusive neighborhood with protected green areas that preserve the natural appeal of the region. It features a commercial area with businesses ranging from bakeries, restaurants, coffee shops, clothing boutiques, jewelry stores, and handicrafts, adding life and sophistication to the neighborhood.

Aldea Zamá is close to the archaeological site, beaches, the town, and cenotes, making it ideal for exploring by bicycle. You can also park your car in front of the building and in the surrounding areas without any problem.

Smoking is only allowed in open areas, such as the terrace.

To keep our rates competitive, electricity consumption is not included for stays longer than 2 weeks. For security reasons and in compliance with local regulations, a valid government-issued ID from the main guest will be required during the pre-check-in process to access the property.
