Aldea Zamá is an eco-friendly, luxury residential community in Tulum. The complex is located between the town and the hotel zone, close to the best beaches, restaurants, and beach clubs. It’s an exclusive neighborhood with protected green areas that preserve the region’s natural charm. The community also features a commercial area with a variety of businesses — from bakeries, restaurants, and cafés to clothing boutiques, jewelry stores, and artisan shops — bringing life and sophistication to the neighborhood.

Smoking is only allowed in open areas, such as the terrace.

With the goal of keeping our prices competitive, electricity is not included in long-term stays (28 nights or more). Breakfast is available for an additional charge from 8 a.m. to 11 a.m.
