Aldea Zamá is an ecological and luxury residential community in Tulum. The development is located between the town and the hotel zone, close to the best beaches, restaurants, and beach clubs. It is an exclusive neighborhood with protected green areas that preserve the natural appeal of the region; it features a commercial area with businesses ranging from bakeries, restaurants, cafés, clothing boutiques, jewelry stores, and handicrafts, bringing life and sophistication to the neighborhood.

Aldea Zama is located in a central area of Tulum, close to the archaeological site, hotel zone, beach, Tulum town, and some cenotes, making it possible to explore the area by bicycle. If you have a car, you can park freely in front of the building and nearby areas.
